特性/ Features:
1. 本機不只操作簡單, 同時採用環保型增壓缸以減少對環境的負擔。
This machine is not only easy to operate, but also able to lower the hard for the environment with the eco-friendly pressurized cylinder.
2. YW-805H-4的特殊圓盤式設計滿足製鞋中不同的流程熱壓。此機台不只能滿足一般大眾普遍的熱壓, 同時還適用於特殊流程的熱壓。
YW-805H-4 is designed with special round table along with four stations and double heads in order to meet different kind of hot pressing progresses. With this design, this machine not only can satisfy general hot pressing, but also be used for special hot pressing progresses.
3. 本機可以在不用移動模具的前提下, 完成公母模的熱壓以及平壓, 也因為此特殊設計, 生產效率大幅提升, 作業人員也可避免意外的傷害。
This machine is able to work without having the operator moving the molds with their hands. With this, it increases the production rate while lower the rate for operator of getting harmed.
4. 此機台採用變頻自動旋轉控制, 上模&下模智能溫控控溫。
This machine uses automatic switching controller to switch molds. Moreover, this machine also has temperature controllers for the upper molds and lower molds in order to give the operator precise temperature information while having the temperature being under controlled.
5. YW-805H-4採用PLC電路設計以提升機台的穩定性。
YW-805H-4 is designed with PLC in order to increase the stability of this machine.
6. 本機適用於熱壓成型及壓紋，如PU皮、泡棉成型、鞋面成型或各式皮件壓紋成型等。
YW-805H-4 upper shoes vamp hot pressing machine is widely used in embossing and compacting of materials such as PU leather, foam, and other leather materials.
7. 溫度由電熱管發熱，設計上採用SSR可控式微電腦自動控制溫度輸出，可使熱板溫度加熱達到 ±2℃內之準確穩定溫度。
Electric heating temperature of YW-805H-4 is well controlled by SSR micro-computerized system. The precision of hot pressing plates temperature are controlled in error range of ±2℃.
